At the end of the day who is shorting or why is guesswork. The facts are accumulation is ongoing. this was ongoing even prior to the WPL announcement. An increase in shorts is agood sign as urgency has increased yet SP has been inching up.
So basic rule - follow the momentum or sentiment - TA says accumulate we accumulate. We need a decent volume day to confirm breakout. In the absence of this just keep chugging along. For holders who are just waiting - just keep doing that and relax.
As i said regarding Malcy - he would be privy to a lot of the unofficial talk that is ongoing behind the scenes. However, when it comes to price targets, as i said to cujo regarding TA, any LT price targets are purely an educated that hold many assumptions.
