Maybe not one european banks, maybe if a couple fell over that could kick things off. Or if some actual warefare started in the south china sea. Or a catastrophic global weather event hitting the east coast of the US (this happened last presidential election). Or a post olimpics Zika virus outbreak 3 weeks after the olympic finish. Who knows.

I think it's most likely there will be a 2017 king hit. Possibly because all of the above may happen and governments still manage to sell people this year that things are ok. Won't be able to keep that facade up for too long.
