Well it is better to have these old guys running the show than some young blokes who are wreckless with money david hoskins said 90% of assets which he looked at he chucked it in the bin so i think this is a great trait, it is better to wait and be patient for the right asset to buy. We are very lucky to have 480 million and no debt and an asset which is going to produce in a few years.
