Here's some stuff off the NRC website.  Maybe related to changes to foreign ownership of GLE . It's a bit vague  could this be related to bringing in SLX or others to GLE ?. NRC will respond by end of year

Dear Ms. Jenny,
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff performed an acceptance review of
your letter dated May 26, 2016 (GLE-2016-0022, Agencywide Documents Access and
Management System (ADAMS) Number ML16159A033), submitting GE-Hitachi Global
Laser Enrichment, LLC’s (GLE’s) amendment twentieth to its original foreign ownership,
control, or influence (FOCI) information submittal supporting the NRC facility clearance
(FCL) granted to GLE.
The NRC staff found your submittal acceptable for further review. The Cost Activity Code
(CAC) number for this licensing action is L34369, Updated FOCI Information for GEHitachi
Global Laser Enrichment, LLC. Under our metrics system, the NRC has up to
150 days to review your request after it has been accepted. As such, NRC’s review of your
request is to be completed by not later than December 22, 2016.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC “Agency Rules of Practice and Procedure,” a
copy of this communication will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC
Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records component of the NRC's
ADAMS. ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/readingrm/
adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).
