Correct. The rights money is then added to the contract but is not part of the on market sale. So the person buying these would get a bill comprising:
33.1c for the transaction (paid to the seller)
$109.23 for the rights money (paid to Admedus)
and their transaction fee (paid to the stockbroking company they use)
