There is a medical committee that would handle the medical decision making, not JC.
I don't think it is unusual for board members to have multiple appointments, obviously as long as the companies they represent are not in competition.
Having said that, looking at KNL's SP over the last few months, maybe we should have all traded our CAJ shares for KNL ones. We certainly would be better off.
