At the end of the day investors can only rely on company/mgmt announcements and not some of the unsubstantiated facts and innuendo's on this site. Some of these posters here don't even know what year we are in and belong in the X files series 2.
Refer below and the Company as stated the agreement is "on foot" and currently the share price is reflecting the delays and nervousness created by the poorly constructed quarter update - CASE CLOSED
TV2U International Limited (ASX: TV2, “the Company”) refers to its announcement on 2 March, 2016, concerning its binding agreement with leading Eastern European video streaming service provider, Divan.TV. In that announcement, TV2 stated the commercial launch of the service was expected in May 2016.
By way of update, TV2 confirms the agreement remains on foot and at this stage the Company is working towards launch of the service during August 2016.
