It looks like they've got her on a sack trolley in the photo above. She's been walking around with a really straight back of late. I reckon she must have a backbrace on to stop for from lolling from side to side. She's got 2 people holding her up and another on her left just incase.
As for relative assessment of mental health - Hillary's in a far worse state than anyone posting on Hotcopper, even the lefties.
