The total amount invested by Lanstead is floating dependant on the share price over the next 18 months.

If the share price is 0.4c, the total amount invested is a bit under $4million so a lot will depend on what happens. $6 million is if the share price averages 0.67c.

The AGM notice mentions that they currently can't issue the full number of shares mentioned in the announcement, 19.9% is 1.17 billion and they need 1.26 billion total but they are planning on further share issues around other transactions in discussion at the moment
