TA is putting MT under the blowtorch. Either bring him into the Cabinet or he will continue to air his ideas thereby making Mal look a tad not in control. If TA can make his speeches etc in a discipline way it will drive Mal nuts.
The Greened media love this tension. Notice how Mal was talking in an ultra firm voice and making promises on GST that he can't keep. Mal is just a gentle soul who just wants to be liked or is it loved? He is not a born leader. Gee from Mal's point of view he could probably retire if and when he gets gay marriage up.
