Conceptual hi-grade gold target 10-30 million tonnes

WCN has identified a very significant and very shallow gold target at Aucu with mineralization identified over 3,000 meters within upper and lower gold zones.

Prior and current drilling has identified up to 5 vertical gold zones that start at surface and have a combined width of 20 meters that are all found within a zone that has a surface width of approximately 65 meters and extends for at least 3,000 meters.

Drilling coverage is confined to a 200-400 meter extension of one end of this entire zone, and early estimates place average grade at 4.2 g/t gold.

Assuming that the 5 vertical gold zones extend for 500 meters (highly likely) and depth is 200 meters the size of the gold target is 5,000,000 tonnes; and assuming gold grade continues at 4.2 g/t then size of the target becomes 677,419 ounces of gold.

The gold is contained in very soft rock, which you can see in the core boxes as broken and almost powdered. The gold is on the surface, very shallow "free milling" which means that it can be extracted very economically with a very small fleet of earth moving equipment and then fed into a gravity separator to extract over 90% of the gold content. CAPEX will be very small mining operation to mine targeted rich pods of 15-30 g/t gold can finance a much larger operation.

Gold has been identified over a strike length of 3,000 meters so the conceptual target within the 5 gold vertical gold zones increases to 30,000,000 tonnes over that distance, and to a depth of 200 meters. This zone needs to be drilled out to prove its potential BUT conceptual gold target within this zone could fall into a 1.0 million ounce (very doable based on current results) to 4.0 million ounce potential (very speculative).

There are additional targets within the gold camp and potential remains open at depth.

IMHO WCN has identified a very significant and high grade gold camp and is in the very early stages of identifying its true potential. The shallow nature of the current gold resource and the fact that it it is gravity gold means that WCN could set up a small open pit mining operation and be generating very significant revenues within 12 months (subject to permitting).
