Yes its taken two years for some of these problems to start to emerge and is another reminder of how tough it has been out there for many. It's when I feel good about sitting on a load of oil that people want at a low in the cycle , with no debt and well cashed up...the last CR, painfull as it was, is nice to have behind us...
