Agree completely, unless you're processing cocaine in these apartments they will be money pits. With body Corporate and sinking funds not to mention property management fees and charges. Then if you want to sell it, good luck, you're not 1 of 1000. I assume folks think its an affordable way to get an investment property and make assumptions in line with a house.
