    Hi,

    Thanks for the sobering thoughts. Having had a look at ASN on TSXV I wonder what the directors are smoking down at the Kasbah.

    The logic of getting a entity involved that has operating small underground expertise in third world counties makes some sense. What worries me is that we end up with ASN which for some reason seem to be non negotiable paper. There is virtually no interest or trade in them on TSXV. Why don't they react to the news that they are acquiring a viable tin mine when they have mothballed a nickel mine that is sub economic at todays base metal prices.

    I cannot see anything in this for KAS shareholders and there must be far better deals out there. In any event why the rush. Tin should keep appreciating.

    I would like to know what the directors have to gain from this deal?

    Are a majority of shareholders going to support this? What are the chances of this getting up?
