I'm not underestimating anything...just looking at the reality of building something several thousands of miles away at an altitude of 3000 meters without easy utilities and good roads...real simple. The idea is great as a grand scheme...but the execution will be a little harder than the rah rah crowd has portrayed it. I mean if you're a used car salesman in central california maybe it's an easier viewpoint ....
