This date marks 1 year since the 2015 AGM.
Why is this date potentially sognificant?

I was just reading through the 3B notice and spotted two figures,
a) 28,542,484
b) 19,028,322
these being remaining placement capacity under ASX rules 7.1 and 7.1A, without further notice to the market.

The total of the above is 47,570,806.

Wondering if there are any clues present for timing and value of a future (perhaps imminent) placement to a cornerstone investor.

FYI 47.5M shares placed would raise:
$11.875M @25c
$14.25M @30c
$16.625M @35c

Very possibly, any of three of these scenarios with 70M USD debt in the mix could fund KNL through to production with 237M shares on the register.

The next announcement could be a biggie.
