sounds like a capital raising which could lead to a knee jerk sell reaction by uninformed investors ans thus downward pressure on the share price, but if its justified to fund costs of growth for the woodlark gold project etc then it could actually increase the share price.
as long as the capital raising is not to fund debt, it should actually help the share price by helping drive a direct pathway to earnings sooner.
