To tell you the truth if Cairn have not released their data yet because of the fact that data is incomplete then how can FAR's RISC report be factual.
RISC as you say can only go on the data provided by FAR which would be in announcements made so far.
If Cairn are still analysing the data then I honestly could not see where the FAR RISC report could be on anything other than announcements in the public domain.
As everyone says its an independent opinion nothing else.
