Slow in Angola you reckon? you have no idea what slow is?
the BOD orders heavy mobile machinery at the end of May and has arrived on site and is operating at the end of June.. a wet front end ordered, built, sent to site and operational in 6 months?
I have been on a few construction projects in Aussie where you have to order a scaffold built 3 or 4 weeks in advance . where we have had to wait 2 or 3 months for missing pipe or valves to arrive on site.. the same amount of time for a bolts and gaskets to arrive also.. and these construction projects are run by multi billion dollar western companies...
