Yes correct their User23 ...assumption it was a none -holder ...reason most holders would call RM or Axiom and ask if they had issues with the document.....the ASX took quite some time to investigate a complaint ....they would have read the announcement their selves in the first instance ....so why did they first allow it to be posted....as price sensitive are they f.....stupid answer yes they are .....until some one or body made a complaint ASX works on complaints in most cases ...if not they notice would never have gotten to first base.
