CNE Phil are after all the operator.
They would have ALL the data.
When they decide to release it ALL then I would think what they say would be only due to what data they read.
Whatever the other partners quote can only be what they think.
Even big companies have their guesstimates as they have to appease their shareholders.
Not saying they are not right though.
But WPL shareholders after all the aggro they have been through will welcome statements like that.
They will think as you all do its a steal.
