skrundarlow, you are absolutely right. I'm not impressed with what we know about this CR or timing, but i am also curious and not willing to write the matter off just yet.
The funding shortfall between loans and bank balance required to develop Epanko will be zeroed with this CR. At least there's that. The rumor it's 23c does not impress me, especially when we all know finance is just a matter of time and will send the share price upwards in a joyful thrust.
What i do like is that this may be the final step required before the guarantee and funding is announced. This is my expectation, that it'll follow in quick succession. Maybe a month or two. I really don't know though.
I also want to know who this interested party is?
