They don't have to say anything but that at this time but I think your right that CNE won't PE.
That would leave FAR with 35% to PE so would need a big deal with a major IMO. If that were to happen we may get a little % increase or some free carry in my opinion if someone wanted in.
Otherwise just drill. Happy either way.
