Rodney, I have the barking canine on ignore. The pre-empt is still very much live. CNE clearly shares the view of the others re it's operation. But so what. FAR clearly believes that it has rights. Others don't (the view of one of them is clearly somewhat biased and self-serving given that they're low-balling the asset so that should be discounted). It is premature and wrong to suggest that the fat lady has sung yet. Just limbering up. There is a process to be run yet and it may take some time. Hopefully we will get an announcement soon with some detail. I think it's now appropriate as the uncertainty is not helpful. I assume that as usual hands are tied by the various confi provisions but it's a touch annoying. CNE's comment re welcoming them etc was predictable - what else would they say? The dog on the other hand is positively rabid tonight though is he not judging by the number of posts for an un-owned stock.....hilarious. Keep up the good work and go easy on the worming tabs big boy. Oh, and stop dragging your posterior along the carpet.

Good update. I was expecting a bigger upgrade but given the background not surprising. But shows growing confidence all round. And reflects what cath said on the last call re lower capex costs.
