OK. Looked up 'Appendix 4G' and 'ASX' via google.

The way I understand it is an entity like KRC must disclose a Corporate Governance Statement (CGS).

Convention was to put it (the Corporate Governance Statement) into the annual report each year and that was it.

But, along comes modern technology .... the internet .... and PCs .... and iPad's .... and SmartPhones. This causes a problem because a number of ASX-listed companies have wizz-bang technical staff and money to put their CGS on their website! Why repeat such-a-thing in an annual report as it waste's electrons doing such a thing again in an annual report.

So an Appendix 4G, as I understand it, tells where you will find a company's Corporate Governance Statement (CGS). Either: (a) in the annual report; (b) on a company's website; or (c) split between options a and b.
