Feel very similar as you do! I am very smart but not in the financial domain (I am a true rocket scientist). I now have slightly more then 1 year experience with stocks (very little) and the only reason I have started on the stock market is Lithium. Over the last year I did have some other stocks than Lithium but since the beginning of this year my focus is purely Lithium. I fully believe in the Tesla story except that it is the Chinese who are really doing it right now. But Tesla is getting there and will be great! I am sure the big German brands will get their very quickly as well once they put their mind to it, which they seem to be starting to do. Although at the moment I think the German brands are just playing for time, announcing nice models so that people will wait for that model rather then buy a Tesla now. There is currently no clear German plan for anything similar to a Gigafactory which is an absolute MUST if one wants to build a significant number of EVs.

ORE hit the sweet spot with getting their Lithium production going (just like GXY and NMT) and with their great brine assets there is little that can go wrong! But recently the SPs of all the ASX Lithium stocks have behaved quite randomly, not at all reflecting the importance of the resource. That is what I really fail to understand from the stock market. People call this "bots" and "games" and what not. It is really weird and to me it seems the stock market is really not a level playing field. Some players are clearly "more equal" then others. Seems to me that with a huge pile of money and a couple of good "friends" one can achieve a lot on the stock market (e.g. recent MAC-report). And since it looks as if some big players have recognized the importance of Lithium we can be assured that some weird SP movements will be (and actually are) happening. Those movements I fail to understand and can not follow nor predict. So based on my first year of experience I have settled to be just a Lithium investor. So I look for good lithium assets, compute what I consider to be a reasonably achievable SP in 3 to 4 years and compare that to the current SP. If I like the potential gains I see I will invest in it and will just stay in until the SP has gotten close to the SP I computed.

So far ORE is my best investment as I got in in November (pure luck). But most of my Lithium invests show very good gains. Personally I think right now is an excellent time to buy some more Lithium stocks as many are back at their March/April levels and are really very cheap! Not sure why this happened, maybe just the Summer gap (leave in May come back in September) but looks like there was some concentrated effort to get all the Lithium SPs down. Do not understand that and do not care, just see that several of my computations are screaming "BUY BUY BUY".

So I just ignore all these games and erratic SP movements. I just pick the level I think is a good level to buy and will give me a good profit. And then I just sit back, relax and enjoy the ride. I am 200% sure that Lithium will give us a great ride, especially ORE!
