Ah, don't see that name anymore.
Its not surprising CNE are being conservative and left all and sundry guessing with the STOIP numbers. Their 2c puts the recoverable % at 17-18. That's a pretty tacky number and reflects the lack of connectivity testing.
However I found the Scots tone generally bullish. Hard to balance reporting good news to shareholders while trying to negate predatory interest Now if a major were confidently bullish on this province and there was this little oil company with a 15% interest and the potential to grab another 35%....hmmm.
