Hi peeps, I'm a new investor looking all the traditional metrics, and this looks like a great buy. I was hoping someone could shed some light on the one thing that's preventing me from diving in - what is the reason for such an everest-esque high debt to equity ratio at 310%, in comparison to the sector, 14.9%.
