First the bad news (annual accounts) then gradually better and better news. 20 mln dlrs in the kitty at a premium conversion instead of a discount looks good to me. Has anyone any idea what is behind the put & call deal attached? Furthermore for the first time the sceptics among you can put a minimum value to the Intelectual Property, something that is very useful for the PE accountants as well and can be used in the Nasdaq prospectus. I feel the long awaited PE/TZ deal is coming closer.
