That is certainly beyond the scope of the JV - they're meeting with the Government too so naturally will be broader discussions on how the Chinese companies can stick as many plants/operations as they can with NSL being the middle man and operating/helping them out with their local wisdom and connections I would imagine. The AP Government seems quite willing to facilitate it too with their infrastructure plans. Can't wait to see what comes from this.
