I believe ~$21 was the original price, they only raised it to $30 due to the huge shortage a couple of months back. It seems they're just dropping prices back to what they originally were and should be since they've solved most of the shortage issues... coles/woollies are just taking advantage of this to make it seem like a huge discount.
