Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Blackham Resources Limited (ASX: BLK) requests an immediate trading halt over the Companies securities pending the release of an announcement to the market. The trading halt is requested until the commencement of trading on Friday, 19 August 2016 or upon the release by the Company of an announcement to the market regarding a proposed capital raising. The Directors are not aware of any reason why a trading halt should not be granted.
