    Hi Wazz,

No these figures are from last Friday.

Go to www.mychild.gov.au. Type in LDC (long day care), the state, NSW etc, then the name of the group, from G8 you are looking at. If you pick one of their larger group holdings that spans across a few states and monitor it weekly, you'll start to see the movement in occupancy. Things to look for, 0-2 age group, if there are vacancies everyday, that is concerning as that age group is the feeder for the next five years. If you see vacancies everyday across all age groups it is very probable that occupancy is an issue. Where you see no vacancies for quite a few days in any centre across all age groups that's an indication that they are starting to fill up those empty spots.

You can get a list of all of their centres from www.acecqa.gov.au website. Go to National Registers, type in G8 Education and you will get 328 centres. The remainder of their centres are subsidiaries, which you can obtain from the financials.

Centres should now be focusing on their enrolments for next year, not through give always but through connection with their community.

    Hope this helps.
