I say let Heron be. If Heron does not believe things just let him/her be. No point going out of your way to prove that you want the best outcome. Some people just don't work well in a team/group unless they have total control. I have met Mr Pham in person many times. I believe there are quite a few people in the group that has met him in person as well, or will know a friend/associate that has met with Mr Pham in person. Let everyone have their own opinion whether its positive, negative or neutral.

If anyone wants a GUARANTEE to this NKP investment/trade the answer is there is NO GUARANTEE. Its as simple as that.

Concerning Heron comment that he called the HK firm etc. I was going to respond again but then did not bother. Already know what Heron will do, he will pick on another nitty gritty detail and put it under a microscope. What Heron is asking is "You have to show everything including your connections, contacts, and hand over everything that is written, said and hinted" so he can be convinced. A person with the perception "I want the world to rotate around me". Likely wants your bank password as well to check how you spend your money.

I know the Bermuda legal challenge is coming. I know Mr Pham has quoted that his contribution is $AUDXX,000. I believe its a pro-rata thing. For all the those that do not believe Mr Pham, my theory is has always been "put your money where your mouth is" so if Mr Pham puts up this $AUDXX,000 for the coming legal fight that is all the evidence I need. I am chipping in my share. We will find out soon enough who is a talker and who is in for the fight.
