I told you what happened to my friend & having to wait over 2 hours for the code.

Normally with lots of these things as long as all you're details & phone number submitted are correct, then the authorisation/verification code arrives in minutes. At the moment it seems that Syntonic are at times deliberately delaying the issue of the code to users (either when there are a lack of reward offers available or there system is experiencing lots of traffic) by hours or even longer.

They need to scale up the systems so they can handle more traffic & increase the size (numbers wise) of both the downloads available & the number of apps carrying the rewards.

The data is indicating all 3 are bottlenecks that need to be rectified.

The post you highlighted is a prime example of Syntonic shooting itself in the foot at the moment. Delay the code for ages, which users are not used to having this be the case & they get annoyed and submit a very bad review because of it. Thus hurting you're review rating.

Not a bad review because of what the product actual does overall in any other way, just frustration with the delay, (they are feeling cheated at that moment in time because there not getting to the 500MB reward, I'm sure you would feel the exact same way) the same as the poor numbers that showed up with the 40200 error & when there are not enough offers to trigger the 500MB reward.

Gary, Rahul & the team need to get on top of this, scale up to handle the levels of traffic there currently seeing nevermind the ones they will be seeing very soon when they actually start to advertise the product properly.

I suspect we'll see a delay in any roll-out into Thailand & the Philippines until they can achieve that scale up.
