This is rather pathetic from Tom,never clear or confident in his decisions,always indecisive,very unprofessional,no wonder he cant land a job with a blue chip with descriptions like that to shareholders.
Nick needs to find somebody new if Tom doesnt improve on investor relations,hes doing more damage than benefit.
