One out of 3 or 4 does does not get to make an individual claim, for compensation so a swift move to the commencement of the court and mediation will ensure a decision in a time frame.
Everyone might like to try to work things out but it the family can't work together for the better of themselves as a group why should management continue to try. The entity we need to take on is the estate not the individuals (force them to act as one by formally commencing action against the estate).

Hi Cudeco there are different laws for various states I do know that in the event the beneficaries are in dispute then the Executor of the estate has the power to make a decision on the behalf of the majority or in the case of 2 beneficares not agreeing he can make a decision. Bring on some drilling results
