An app - doesn't generate any revenue, seems no one wants it and no one is downloading it. Current value then - Zero.
Exchange desk - Trading in a commodity which has lost it's shine and has a dark cloud hanging over it. Forget revenue and turnover. This is still a loss making operation from the last qrtly. At best cash flow neutral, on spectacular occassions like brexit.
Management- Co founder, the face and ex chairman up on fraud charges in the US. Nothing to do with the company anymore (innocent until proven guilty of course) currently looking for new chairman.
Gee, so what are we left with? A loss making company trading in a very uncertain commodity without a full board of experienced operators , big cash burn , little cash with a CR on the way. Like it or not this is the current situation today. Amazes me people are still bullish and wondering what the big sp slide is all about. Sorry, but this company could very well slide to zero. All IMO of course.

If a CR is on the way I highly doubt they will find anyone willing to invest and given the current performance of the SP and management. A slide to zero could very well be where we end up.

On the other side the corporate structure has some value and if the SP gets low enough it could be used for a backdoor listing.
