My thoughts:
So, Lei Ding serves as Founding director of Guangxi Hengsheng Holding Group Limited and Guangxi Impression Sanjie Liu Cultural Industry Investment LTD. He also serves as an Executive Director of China Xinhai International Investment Holding Group Limited.
My question is how is this man going to do anything for BSN, rather than collect a whopping $240,000 remuneration per annum, for what creating no revenue, several potential concurrent lawsuits that need to be dealt with and no vision.
Conclusion:
It is quite possible that BSN will have to raise millions each year just to pay wages. I understand that Lei Ding is the main man over at RICT PTY LTD and they are underwriting the cap raising, but this pretty dodgy.
However, Mr. Ding has more than twenty years of corporate and management experience in finance, real estate, iconic cultural development projects and investment management, so who knows, maybe he might buy some second-hand underwear, that would be cool.
