The good thing about this Dr is that it has no effect on the upcoming drilling , work goes on regardless, tenders are out and intill Govt approval later this year COP are still the other JV partner , it makes no difference to them , the drilling costs are built into the deal...in fact if they want the ORA used instead of sitting in dock costing them a fortune they may be very compliant....
