Chairman of ENDIAMA hangin with our M. D. and Chief Executive Officer in his home town
of Perth.
Re the Perth Conference;
I dont see any other companies represented from Angola so I attach a lot of cred to the
fact that they have planned to give consecutive talks in Perth at the Africa Down Under
Conference on the 7th of September.

What a great news storey it would be if the Kimberley Licence was granted to us prior to
this conference in 2.5 weeks.
They could both bang the drum as in Mr Sumbala saying how good it is in Angola having
the Govt cooperating and then on comes Stephen and sings the Governments praises.

Alternatively, everyone that talks to Stephen finds out we are still waiting on the
Government to issue the licence.

Its got to be issued sometime and they may just look for an opportunity like this.

Just sayin, tactics wise.
