Maybe ...I'm not seeing 4-5 MM wells and I'm in one the cheapest places to drill in earth....our basic verticals circa 2800-3000 m , liner to surface are all AFE'd around 7-9 MM. These are straight producers , MEOs 2 wells will be a little more complex with the data finding / coring/ logging etc they will want to do..
Halliburton coming in seems a fit, or if course SLB or Wfd etc...they all cover the core of services required to drill a well.
Happy days no matter and I don't see a CR for Cuba drilling.
