You're correct, there is a creek to the east of Liontown, and there is also a much larger one to the west where they used to pump water from for drilling before putting in a bore (old hole from memory) near corner the track leading into Liontown deposit. The creek I'm talking about is 3-400west (according to Google Earth) of the track and I always thought that this creek probably offset the main ore stratigraphic horizon between Liowntown and Cougartown etc to the west. Some old ?ESSO IP data seemed to be offset around this area.

On Google Earth you can still see the area to the west of the creek where it looks they have put in large ?RAB lines.

Sounds like you have some history there?
