    It doesn't really matter who the discussions are with, the bottom line is this stock is in play now. The US majors are literally running out of gold and BGF allegedly has a huge resource. Anyone interested is having their hand forced by this 'merger'. They probably got wind that the independant valuers agreed with BGF's own resource estimate, making it the cheapest gold stock in town!
