You sound like you are happy for FAR to be tossed a few "crumbs" in order to be a "good boy" and "keep quiet". "Thank you Sir, your very generous Sir".
If FAR has the right to PE and wishes to, and is able to, then they should be able to take the whole 35%. Why should anyone have a problem with that. Why should FAR settle for a few crumbs.
Total sound like a good "fit" as well, they speak french.
