this is my 2c worth.

the business has failed. the receipts are only 94k.

the cash burn was 5m or so.

So why are investors going to buy?
They need to expect a return , not just wait for the next quarterly that lowers the cash backing.

I dont invest just to see cash dwindle away. They are so far up the creek, that they will continue paddling.
ie they wont change their business model or nature of business.

Who is going to pay more than cash backing? Who believes that they will suddenly be successful?

So if i cant convince another investor to pay more than todays price of cash backing, what happens next Q? when cash is lower?

This is an impatient market, and its not going to hang around for 2 years to cash zero for the fun of it.
