My guess is that DW might release the announcements back to back say end of August and beginning of September as he stated the larger of the two will be released in September and then we have an IRR to be released in October to create momentum and re rate before the JV/Farm in announcement to be released then onto IW2 Permits, contracts and further derisking takes place then hopefully a good offer from a major or two
