it is not unknown that some animals after being stunned are conscious - when i kill an animal i do it either by shooting or slitting the thoat and with sheep the neck can be broken at the same time
i dont have much time for the rspca anymore - once i did but they have become too peta minded and too militant
and the market cannot decoide - meaning mums and dads and joe blow in the street. he has NO choice in the matter when it should be the other way around. if a muslim wants halal by all means indulge but do not force (abnd it is forced) on the general public.
i do not want halal products but searching for them on the shelves is time consuming and onerous. why should i, a non mulsim, have to spend hours searching for normal products when a small 1.5-2% of the population is catered for.
now to find halal items one needs to go to the company website because the cowards have hidden or removed the halal logo.
