Wait for a pullback within a week is usually a good sign of an impending CR - based on my experience with small specks IT startups.
Depends on leakiness of course.
These initial rushes of blood mostly exhaust themselves within a couple of days without continued positive news flow.
Can be a good buying op for a second bite.
