I think its only me and you Mojo who would see it as a fail.
Maybe a few others.
We could sell our 15% to WPL for 300M and people would start making
excuses and say its a great deal.
Something along the lines that we got twice as much as COP did.........
Its mind boggling the unabated support for management for very little performance.
